What was the highlight of Ivy Cyrene Sharm Resort
Very Good
The location, landscaping and general layout of the hotel was very good. Since there were reefs on the coastal part of the hotel, there were many different fish species and it gave you the feeling of watching a documentary. The restaurant staff were attentive and friendly. We would like to thank all the restaurant staff, especially their manager (I think his name is Tarık). We would also like to thank Ms. Aigerim, the guest advisor, for her interest and help.
The bed was not very comfortable, but otherwise we had no problems.

What was the highlight of Ivy Cyrene Sharm Resort
You get your money’s worth, nice staff and very helpful. Food was very good. Beach very clean.
Lots of pools, lots of places for everyone to relax, beach was very clean and well looked after.
The entertainment team was at times rude, they only spoke Russian, some of them just speak with people in Russian, entertainment every evening starts and finishes with a Russian song if not songs. Because most of the guests were Russian, all the staff in general thought that every guest is Russian. The rest of staff was wonderful although they again spoke just Russian and very little English, staff could not do more for us, very very good all the time even if sometimes we would not understand each other, we would use sign language. We had some other issues, they were resolved in the end, thanks to a brilliant manager. Overall happy, but disappointed in the entertainment.

Very Good
Overall it is good for 5 days stay not more . Swimming pool beach animation very good. Food need to be more varied and fruits too. Mr hesham at reception is lovely and helpful.
Lack of activities on the beach eg: yoga Lack of snacks on the beach. Lack of presence table tennis, basketball.
